
Booking form
Simply fill out the booking form to provide all the information we need for your special day.
We will send you a confirmation email with payment instructions, and a nonrefundable deposit of 50% of your total event balance will be required to hold the date and time of your reservation. This deposit will go toward your picnic. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the date of your event.
There is also a fully refundable damage deposit of $100, which will be returned to you after your event if no part of our setup is damaged or missing.
We will stay in contact via text or email leading up to the event, so you’ll have plenty of time to convey any questions or requests.
On the day of the event, everything will be ready for you—all you have to do is show up and enjoy!
