  • Simply fill out the booking form by clicking BOOK NOW above to provide all the information we need for your special day.

    We will send you a confirmation email with payment instructions, and a nonrefundable deposit of 50% of your total event balance will be required to hold the date and time of your reservation. This deposit will go toward your picnic. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the date of your event.

    There is also a fully refundable damage deposit of $100, which will be returned to you after your event if no part of our setup is damaged or missing.

    We will stay in contact via text or email leading up to the event, and you’ll have plenty of time to convey any questions or requests.

    On the day of the event, everything will be ready for you—all you have to do is show up and enjoy!

  • At Iris Events, your comfort is our top priority. We never cut corners for convenience—every element of our setup is thoughtfully designed to enhance your experience.

    Here’s what sets us apart:

    • Spacious & Comfortable Setup – Our larger mat and blanket areas ensure you’re not awkwardly sitting in the grass, giving you plenty of room to relax and sprawl out.

    • Bug-Free Bliss – We use treated mats to help deter insects (especially ticks!) from joining your picnic. Plus, we provide all-natural bug spray for extra protection.

    • Convenience at Every Turn – Hand sanitizer and trash bags are included, so you can focus on making memories without worrying about the little things.

    • Extra Cushions for Extra Comfort – No cramped seating here! We provide additional pillows so you can lounge in complete luxury.

    • Thoughtfully Scouted Locations – We select only the best public parks, ensuring access to garbage bins, bathrooms, and shaded areas so you’re never stuck in the blazing sun.

    • Flexible & Fair Policies – We offer accommodations for weather-related and non-weather cancellations, so you can book with confidence.

  • We understand things happen. For non-weather-related cancellations, you can use your non-refundable deposit (50% of the total event cost) to reschedule your picnic at a later date.

  • In the event of inclement weather, we can set up your beautiful picnic indoors at your home or a covered area. If you prefer, we will happily reschedule your event to a later available date (at no cost).

  • We offer charcuterie boxes as an add-on option. Otherwise, you’re welcome to bring your own food. Place settings (utensils, napkins, plates, and glasses) will be included in your package.

  • We provide bottled water for each guest as part of our picnic package. Your package also includes glasses for whatever drinks you choose to bring!

    We are unable to provide alcohol. Though we don’t mind if you bring your own, please be mindful of local regulations.

  • Upon booking, we charge a fully refundable damage deposit (different from the non-refundable deposit required to hold your reservation). If no items are damaged or missing, 100% of the damage deposit will be returned to you after your event.

  • Events are expected to begin at your scheduled time. We reserve the right to cancel the event with NO REFUND if no one is present after 1 hour. We do not extend the event duration due to late arrivals. The event time will end as listed on your invoice agreement.

    If you would like additional time ($50 per additional hour), please notify us in advance of your event. As soon as you become aware that you will be running late, please communicate it with our team.

  • We recommend that you don’t leave your picnic unattended. Any missing items will be deducted from the fully refundable damage deposit of $100 (more info below).

    Upon booking, we charge a fully refundable damage deposit (different from the non-refundable deposit required to hold your reservation). If no items are damaged or missing, 100% of the damage deposit will be returned to you after your event.

  • You should book your picnic as soon as possible to reserve your date and time. We can take reservations up to 6 months in advance. Last-minute picnics are welcome upon availability.
